Signature 8 Week Group Lifestyle Coaching Program provides participants with a blueprint for lifelong health and vitality. During this 40 hour hands-on program, Maria and her team of holistic health partners will educate and guide participants through these 4 pillars of health in a supportive group environment:

Identify triggers and create an environment for deep, restful sleep.

Weekly in person group meetings with certified wellness professionals delivering lifestyle education workshops, support and accountability.
