8 Week Plant Based Lifestyle Coaching Program


Signature 8 Week Group Lifestyle Coaching Program provides participants with a blueprint for lifelong health and vitality. During this 40 hour hands-on program, Maria and her team of holistic health partners will educate and guide participants through these 4 pillars of health in a supportive group environment:

Whole Food, Plant Based Nutrition

A non-diet, sensible approach to eating.

Physical Activity

A sustainable exercise plan participants can implement at home.

Stress Management

Techniques to improve your physical and emotional health. 

Sleep Hygiene

Identify triggers and create an environment for deep, restful sleep.

Lifestyle choices do what no medicine can. 


  • Weekly in person group meetings with certified wellness professionals delivering lifestyle education workshops, support and accountability.

  • Continuous email and phone support with our holistic health coaches.

  • Whole food, plant based nutrition plan & guidelines.

  • Comprehensive health history assessment.

  • Weekly outdoor group exercise sessions

  • Fresh, plant based shared meal during weekly meetings.
